I have not seen that many balloons this year, the balloon fiesta which is an annual event was kept on the ground this year because of high winds. There have been a few balloons wandering across the evening sky over the past few weeks.

Bristol hosts an international balloon fiesta, it once held the record for the largest massed ascent, easily over 100, but the whole event was grounded this year. We live downwind from the launch site, if there’s a south-westerly blowing, which there usually is.
I would love a balloon trip, have you ever been up in one?
I would like to, but I know I would get air-sickness, it’s the way I’m built.
