Damaged and Damned is the title of a video by an up and coming Singer songwriter from Bristol (UK), Nicole.
I believe she has been working with Guitarist, composer, and producer, Angelo Bruschini (The Numbers, The Loggerheads, Blue Aeroplanes, Massive attack and many more), for a few years now, and this is her first (i think) video to accompany her music.
The song has grown on me, I found it a little M-O-R at first, but that’s probably due to my odd taste in music, but after only listening to it 2 and half times, I found myself waking up the next day with the tune running through my head. So the song certainly has some earwormability. It struck me that Nicole’s voice is quite similar to Karen Matheson’s (Capercaillie), not exactly the same style, but the quality is there.
