Geranium and Bees

Bee on geranium

Bee on geranium

Germanium … agh.. geraniums like bees, should be the other way round, Bees like geraniums. Johnson’s Blue is this particular perennial geranium and it likes it’s space, but gives such a wonderful display of flowers.

Our garden is mostly a flower garden… mostly a geranium garden…. and consequently a Bee garden. The only veg, and some would argue that it’s a fruit, are the Tomatoes.

There was a report about ripe tomato skins containing a substance that helps to reduce harmful cholesterol, with olive oil helping to increase the body’s absorption rate of this chemical pointing quite firmly to the health benefits of a Mediterranean diet. Woohoo! I’m doing something right!!!
